Entrepreneurship is a growing trend among those aiming for financial independence or early retirement. But what about when retirement happens right on schedule? Mr. Tenny Chong, our founder of King Horizon became an entrepreneur later in life, after serving several decades in the ACMV industry and held various positions from engineer to project manager to service director. In 2017, he and his cofounder, Cen Wong were instrumental in setting up King Horizon which depicted the ACMV expert rising from the ground.
Who are we
King Horizon has been established since 2017 and owns a respectable history of industry commitment in the air-conditioning discipline. Its core business covers central ACMV system equipment, and premium quality operation and maintenance services for the government, utilities, institutional clients, and the private sector.
We aim at an unmatched position in the corporate and premium customer market and build on our strengths to emerge as a more innovative and yet practical company to serve your needs with responsiveness, dedication, and the level of service you have come to expect. “Customer Satisfaction” is always our goal. Our people
Mr. Cen Wong
Cofounder and Managing Director
He began his career in the electrical industry in 2000 as sales supervisor and extended his marketing perspective for 3 years in the field of raw plastic after he got the Chartered Marketer. Then he developed his career path to specialized field of fire services and held the position of Senior Sales Engineer to specialized field of ACMV and Fire Services when his last working term from 2012 to 2019 at Worldwide Top 500 company. His last position was service manager.
Mr. Wong holds an MBA from Holmes Institute and BA (Hons) from University of Northumbria.
Mr. Paul Chan
Project Director
Mr. Chan received his Master of Science in Building Services Engineering of Brunel University, UK after he obtained B Eng (Hons) in Fire Services Engineering of University of Central Lancashire, UK.
He is a Chartered Engineer of Engineering Council, UK and holds a Licensed Plumber, Registered Fire Service Contractor (Class 3), Registered Gas Installer (Class 1) and Registered Electrical Worker Grade (B0).
He focuses on Building Services Installation with hundreds of successful job reference with his 30 years work experience in Hong Kong and China.
He joined our Company in 2022. He participates actively in the ACMV projects of universities, telecommunications, commercial buildings, and shopping malls.
Mr. Teddy Lam
Service Superintendent
Mr. Lam worked from various position in the HVAC field over 30 years. He joined our company in 2019.
Mr. Ho Wai Hung
Technical and operation supervisor
Mr. Hung trained and learnt from the beginning as a “red trousers” technician in YORK to become a subject matter expert in the HVAC field nearly 30 years. He joined our company in 2021.
Currently, we have 23 professional mechanics. Amongst them, 15 mechanics hold Registered Electrical Worker Grade A and two of them certified as safety supervisor.
